Privacy Policy

Origin collects the information needed to run your membership and sessions: your name, contact details, membership and reservation history, and payment records handled by our payment processor. Push notifications are not available yet. When they are, turning them on will also store the push token that identifies your device to Apple or Google, so that a notification can reach it; until then no such token is collected.

We use this information to operate reservations, ticketing, the Wait List, and editorial access — and to contact you about sessions you're attending or standing by for.

We do not sell your personal information.

You can review and update your details at any time in Settings → Profile, and manage notification preferences in Settings → Preferences.

On our website — never in the iOS or Android app — and only if you accept, we use the Meta Pixel to measure our advertising on Facebook and Instagram. It tells Meta which pages you visit and when you apply, buy a membership or buy a ticket, with the amount. It also sends the contact details you type into forms on our website, such as your name and email address, hashed in your browser first — a form Meta can still match to a Facebook or Instagram account, which is how it connects your visits to that account. It stays off until you accept, and you can turn it off here at any time.
